WHAT IS PREPARE/ENRICH?
Prepare/Enrich is a research based premarital assessment and intervention tool.
The Prepare/Enrich assessment is a series of questions based on a number of categories important for a successful marriage, like financial management, sexual expectations, parenting, spiritual beliefs, and communication. How does it work?
Your premarital counselling will start with an intake. Your therapist will get to know you as individuals and as a couple. You will then complete the Prepare/Enrich assessment. Your therapist is provided with a detailed report that identifies areas for strength and areas for growth. You will also be given a report that will identify your areas for growth and give you a picture of how you align as a couple and how you can best support your partner. After the assessment you will make a plan for focus areas, and from there the work begins.

“Therapy with me has a purpose. I take pride in moving people toward whatever is important to them. Clients who work best with me like that I give them things to think about or work on between sessions so they can integrate the new skills and tools they’ve learned into their daily lives.”
