More About Me

Hi, I’m Cassandra. I’ve always been driven to help others and support them towards their greatest potential. From the time I was in high school I knew I was meant to enter the field of psychology. Over the years I’ve volunteered with organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters and Kids Help Phone. Through these experiences I’ve supported people of all ages through various everyday concerns. My experience extends from supporting individuals through their relationships and everyday stress, to coping with anxiety and depression.

As a psychology enthusiast I went on to complete a B.A in Psychology and Forensics at Trent University. Through my time at Trent University I continued to find ways to support people through my research contributions. As a research assistant, I’ve worked on projects that considered new ways in which campuses can support their university students to improve student wellbeing. Now as the research assistant for The Relationship Agency I get to combine two of my passions: psychology and writing, to continue to support a variety of people towards reaching their greatest potential.
