How does it work?
We’ll complete an intake session to identify your goals and get clear on what you’re hoping to achieve through therapy. We recommend weekly sessions start so that you can build a relationship with your therapist and get momentum to move toward the changes you want to see. Your therapist might give you things to do between sessions, like journaling, practicing a new skill like mindfulness, or therapeutic ways to move your body. Some sessions will be tough, but others will be fun and energetic.
