Are you an adult woman navigating life with ADHD? You’re not alone—and there’s a space for you to feel understood, supported, and empowered. Our Women’s ADHD Support Group is designed to help you better understand ADHD, reduce anxiety, improve emotional regulation, and cultivate self-love and self-compassion. This isn’t just about learning coping strategies—it’s about creating real connections and building the tools you need to thrive in your relationships and daily life.

Led by Maria Yammine, a Registered Social Worker with expertise in ADHD therapy, neuroscience, and relational psychotherapy, this group offers a safe and supportive environment to explore your unique neurodiverse experience.

What You’ll Gain:

  • When: Wednesday evenings starting January 22nd, 7:00 PM – 8:15 PM

  • Duration: 6 weeks

  • Where: Virtual (accessible from the comfort of your home)

  • Facilitator: Maria Yammine, RSW

  • Cost: $100 per session
