Our therapists will get to know you as a whole person, not just your anxiety or your job. We’ll pair our clinical knowledge of anxiety and burnout with a compassionate and informed understanding of the realities that can contribute to anxiety and burnout - like finances, work, relationships, and family obligations. We’ll work with you to understand what triggers your anxiety and design strategies for managing it.
